Psychotherapy

Our psychotherapist offers Person-centered psychotherapy (according to Carl Rogers).

Depending on the method, the therapy units are about exploring individual skills and coping strategies together, questioning your own behavior and looking at unhealthy patterns that can impair personality development.

Visualization exercises and guided meditations can be used, which serve wonderfully as a gateway into the here and now, leading completely to yourself and to the still unredeemed “inner children” (work with the inner child) in order to perceive their pain, perhaps to express it and integrate it.

Whether in play therapy with children or in advisory or therapeutic dialogue with adults - complete presence and mindfulness form the core of all encounters in a therapeutic setting.
