Cancellations

Life is often turbulent and appointments change. If you cannot make it to an agreed appointment, please let us know no later than 24 hours (weekdays) in advance by phone or mail. If you cancel later we will charge for the appointment.

Medical prescription

For some forms of therapy you need a prescription to enable reimbursement from your health insurance company.
